Name and Spirit |Ronja= wild at heart, embracing beauty, creativity on her fingertips, nature lover, asking questions, sharing openly, speaking up, brutally honest, always ready for silly, intuitivly smart, grounded and visionary, deeply loving
»This untamed character of Ronja, a figur in a swedish Novel, marked many kids of the 80s. I was one of them. In making films I found the tools that allowed me to act out those Ronja-qualities the most. The cinematic focus let me discover again and again the wonder, the depth and the complexity of human life. I can see life as the raw material, and with a film I can sharpen and make something visible that would not been seen otherwise. I like to focus on charged places, on inititiatives and stories that move our soul and mind and change our behaviour, on people that are a potential cause of friction, and on stories that make hidden connections visible.«
